Ubud Hotels Association - UPDATED NEWS
Ubud as “Green Destination" In order to affirm Ubud as “Green Destination” also to welcome Asian Beach Games next October 2008, Ubud Hotels Association (UHA) in coordination with Indonesia Hotel & Restaurant Association of Gianyar Regency carried out the “Clean up the World 2008 program in Astina foot ball yard, Ubud on 19 September 2008.This environmental friendly agenda which is the program series of “Clean Up the World’ organization based in Australia was fully supported by Regent of Gianyar, Mr. Tjokorda Oka Ardana Sukawati (Tjok Ace) who was the former chairman of PHRI Gianyar. Apart from being attended by Tjok Ace, the activity was also enlivened by all components of Ubud community such as member of Ubud Royal Palace, Ubud Community Board, sub district head of Ubud, member of Ubud Hotel Associations, students and many more.
